Клинико-рентгенологическая картина демонстрирует наличие системного остеопороза с патологическими переломами, задержкой физического и двигательного развития, признаками гипоплазии некоторых групп мышц. При денситометрии выявлено снижение минеральной плотности костной ткани. Лабораторные данные показали отклонения от нормы уровней кальция, паратгормона, витамина Д, щелочной фосфотазы. Впервые пациенту с несовершенным остеогенезом 3 типа в республике Таджикистан проведена терапия ингибиторами остеокластической резорбции - памидроновой кислотой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The clinical case of imperfect osteogenesis of the 22-month young patient is described. Clinical and xray examination demonstrates the presence of the system osteoporosis with pathologic traumas, physical and kinetic development delay and signs of hypoplasia of some muscle groups. Densitometry showed the decrease of mineral density of the bone tissue. Laboratory tests showed a deviation of Ca, parathormone, vitamin D and alkaline phosphate.
