Цель исследования. Изучить состояние гемостаза у больных с сочетанной травмой таза.

Материалы и методы исследования. У 93 больных с сочетанной травмой таза исследовано состояние гемостаза с помощью коагулологических тестов. Контрольную группу составили 20 человек.

Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Выявлено повышение коагуляционных свойств крови на фоне угнетения показателей фибринолитической и антикоагулятной систем. Наряду с этим, отмечено повышение содержания продуктов распада фибриногена.

Заключение

Заключение. Таким образом, у больных с сочетанной травмой таза наблюдается повышение коагуляционного потенциала крови, угнетение активности её фибринолитической и антикоагулянтной систем. Также появление продуктов распада фибриногена свидетельствуют об изменениях гемостаза по типу подострой формы ДВС-синдрома.

Aim. To study the state of hemostasis in patients with concomitant trauma of the pelvis.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. 93 patients with concomitant pelvic trauma the state of hemostasis were examined by coagulation tests. The control group included 20 patients.

Results and discussion

Results and discussion. An increase of blood coagulation properties was revealed on the background of inhibition of fibrinolytic and anticoagulative system indexes. At the same time, there was an increase in the content of fibrinogen decomposition products.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Thus, an increase of blood coagulation potential, suppression of the activity of its fibrinolytic and anticoagulant systems are observed in patients with combined pelvic trauma. Also, the appearance of products of fibrinogen decomposition proves the changes of hemostasis by the type of subacute form of DIC syndrome.
