В статье приведен обзор современной литературы об эпидемиологии, этиологии и патогенеза эпилепсии у детей.

Эпилепсия – считается одним из самых распространённых и серьезных нарушений деятельности головного мозга. Невзирая на достижения современной науки, эпилепсия среди детей и подростков остается актуальной проблемой.

The article provides a review of modern literature on the epidemiology, etiology, and pathogenesis of epilepsy in children.

Epilepsy is considered one of the most common and serious disorders of the brain. Despite the achievements of modern science, epilepsy among children and adolescents remains an urgent problem.
