Приводятся сведения о частоте заболеваемости данным видом алопеции в популяции ее взаимосвязи с наследственностью, иммунными и средовыми факторами. Опираясь на обобщённые литературные данные, авторы акцентируют внимание на важной роли нарушений в системе перекисного окисления липидов и антиоксидантной защиты в развитии гнездной алопеции. По мнению авторов, эти процессы приводят к нарушениям функции органов и систем, а также отражаются на состоянии местного кровотока и на функциональных параметрах кожи. В статье указаны данные литературы о роли нарушений микроциркуляции в развитии гнездной алопеции, а также указаны патофизиологические механизмы ее развития у детей с дефицитом витамина Д. Приведенные результаты исследования о механизмах развития гнездной алопеции у детей указывают, что при ведении детей с данной патологией необходимо предусматривать индивидуальный подход с учётом состояния местного кровотока, функциональных параметров кожи, сопутствующей патологии, уровня витамина Д в крови и нарушений в системе антиоксидантной защиты.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an analysis of modern domestic and foreign publications on the research of the etiology and pathogenesis of the alopecia areata in children. The article brings up the information on the incidence of this type of alopecia in the population, its relationship with heredity, immune and environmental factors. According to generalized literary data, the authors focus on the importance of the role of violations in the lipid peroxidation system and antioxidant protection in the development of the nest alopecia. According to the authors, these processes lead to violations of the function of organs and systems which is reflected in the state of local blood flow and the functional parameters of the skin.
