Цель исследования. Оценить эффективность функционирования имплантационных протезов в зависимости от протяженности супраконструкции.

Материалы и методы исследования. При имплантационном лечении 96 пациентов с окклюзионными дефектами обследуемые были разделены на 3 группы: 1-я группа – пациенты, которым были установлены имплантационные протезы с малой протяженностью супраконструкции; 2-я группа – пациенты, которым были установлены имплантационные протезы со средней протяженностью; 3-я группа – пациенты с имплантационными протезами с большой протяженностью. Показатель эффективности функционирования дентальных имплантатов в зависимости от протяженности имплантационных протезов нами определялся по балльной системе, предложенный М.З. Миргазизовым.

Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. У пациентов с имплантационными протезами малой протяженности в отдаленные сроки несъемного протезирования значение показателя эффективности функционирования дентальных имплантатов в 87,3% клинических ситуаций составило единицу, что свидетельствует о высокой эффективности их функционирования. За указанный срок наблюдения данный показатель у пациентов с имплантационными протезами средней и большой протяженности составил соответственно 83,7% и 63,8%.

Заключение

Заключение. Полученные результаты у пациентов с имплантационными протезами малой, средней и большой протяженности показали, что ортопедические конструкции, фиксированные на остеоинтегрированные имплантаты, обеспечивают высокую клиническую эффективность именно в зависимости от протяженности супраконструкции.

Aim

Aim. To evaluate the performance of implant prostheses depending on the extent of supraconstruction.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. During implant treatment of 96 patients with occlusal defects the examined patients were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 - patients who had implant prostheses with short length of supraconstruction; Group 2 - patients who had implant prostheses with medium length; Group 3 - patients with implant prostheses with long length. The index of dental implants functioning efficiency depending on the length of implant prostheses was determined by the scoring system proposed by M.Z. Mirgazizov.

Results and discussion

Results and discussion. In patients with short implant prostheses in the long-term period of fixed prosthetics the value of the performance index of dental implants in 87.3% of clinical situations was one, which indicates the high performance of their functioning. During the above-mentioned follow-up period, this index for the patients with medium- and high-extension implant prosthesis was 83.7% and 63.8% respectively.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The results obtained in patients with short, medium and long implant prostheses have shown that orthopedic constructions fixed to osteointegrated implants provide high clinical effectiveness depending on the length of supraconstruction.
