Оценка влияния материнской инфекции Covid-19 на физическое и нервно-психическое развитие детей раннего возраста.Материал и методы исследования. Данным для данного исследования служили первичная медицинская документация 98 беременных женщин, родивших в родовспомогательном учреждении №1, и городской клинической больнице им. К.А. Ахмедова г. Душанбе, а также карта истории развития ребенка ф.024.Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Так, у 11 (11,2%) респондентов отмечались 1 роды, у 3 (3,1%) - вторые роды и абсолютное большинство были повторнородящими (84 (85,7%)). При этом диапазон родов колебался от 3 до 9 родов. В более чем 94,9% у всех рожениц кроме основной инфекции Covid -19 наблюдались от 3 до 5 экстрагенитальных и сопутствующих патологий. Средняя масса тела детей при рождении составила 3027,7±602 г, а средний рост 49,3±3,8 см.Выводы. Более 85% женщин, заболевших Covid-19, имели от 3 до 9 родов а анамнезе. Физическое развитие детей, родившихся от матерей с подтвержденным covid-19, соответствует норме согласно стандартам ВОЗ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To assess the impact of maternal Covid-19 infection on the physical and neuropsychological development of children.Materials and methods. The data for this study were the primary medical documentation of 98 pregnant women who gave birth in obstetric institution No. 1, and the city clinical hospital named after K.A. Akhmedov, as well as a history of the development of the child f.024.Research results. 11 (11.2%) respondents had the first birth, 3 (3.1%) had the second birth, and the vast majority 84 (85.7%) had repeated birth giving. The range of births ranged from 3 to 9 births. In addition to the main Covid-19 infection, 94.9% of women in labor had from 3 to 5 extragenital and concomitant pathologies. The average body weight of children at birth was 3027.7±602, and the average height was 49.3±3.8.Conclusions. More than 85% of women with Covid-19 had a history of 3 to 9 births.
