Оценить эффективность вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий у женщин с бесплодием после хирургических вмешательств на органах малого таза.Материал и методы исследования: анализированы данные 90 женщин, обратившихся в Медицинский центр «Насл» в связи с бесплодием для проведения ЭКО за 2017-2020гг., которым на первом этапе были применены различные подходы в хирургическом лечении и без оперативных вмешательств на органах малого таза в анамнезе.Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Дифференцированный подход на хирургическом этапе и комплекс реабилитационных противоспаячных мер в послеоперационном периоде в подготовки к программе ЭКО обеспечил частоту наступления клинической беременности в 69% случаях, а кумулятивный коэффициент частоты живорождений (CLBR) - 44,8% в основной группе.Выводы. Снижение фертильности женщин, перенесших полостные оперативные вмешательства без соблюдения органсберегающих принципов и реабилитационных противоспаячных мероприятий, обосновывает более широкое внедрение эндоскопических органсберегательных вмешательств на органах малого таза с обязательным послеоперационным комплексом восстановительных мероприятий у девочек-подростков и женщин репродуктивного возраста с целью сохранения их фертильности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To evaluate the effectiveness of assisted reproductive technologies in women with infertility after surgical interventions on the pelvic organs.Material and methods: We analyzed the data of 90 women who approached the Nasl Medical Center due to infertility for IVF in 2017-2020, to whom different approaches in surgical treatment and without surgical interventions on the pelvic organs in the anamnesis were applied at the first stage.Results. “A differentiated approach during the surgical stage and a complex of rehabilitation anti-adhesion measures in the postoperative period, as preparation for the IVF program, ensured a frequency of clinical pregnancy occurrence in 69% of cases, and a cumulative frequency coefficient of live births (CLBR) of 44.8% in the main group.”Conclusions.
