Цель исследования. Оценить перспективы внедрения визуального скрининга рака шейки матки в систему здравоохранения Республики Таджикистан.Материал и методы исследования. Объектом для исследования послужили оценка качества предоставляемых профилактических услуг по результатам проведенного организованного визуального скрининга пилотного исследования рака шейки матки в двух районах Республики Таджикистан.Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Пилотное внедрение организованного визуального скрининга показало высокую эффективность, доступность и финансовую устойчивость. С учетом полученного опыта, основываясь на достигнутых успехах, система здравоохранения Таджикистана продемонстрировала свою готовность внедрять визуальный скрининг рака шейки матки на национальном уровне, определены потребности во внедрении вакцинации против папилломавирусной инфекции.Выводы. Система здравоохранения Таджикистан предпринимает все усилия и направляет необходимые ресурсы для наращивания потенциала по выявлению, диагностике и лечению предраковых заболеваний с целью профилактики и снижения смертности от рака шейки матки.

Aim. To assess the prospects for introducing visual screening for cervical cancer in the healthcare system of the Republic of Tajikistan.Material and methods. This study is based on an assessment of the quality of preventive services based on the results of an organized visual screening pilot study of cervical cancer in two districts of the Republic of Tajikistan.Results and discussion. Pilot implementation of organized visual screening has shown high efficiency, availability and financial sustainability. Taking into account the experience gained, based on the successes achieved, the health care system of Tajikistan has demonstrated its readiness to introduce a visual screening of cervical cancer at the national level, and the need for the introduction of vaccination against papillomavirus infection has been identified.Conclusion. The health system of Tajikistan is making every effort and allocating the necessary resources to build capacity for the detection, diagnosis and treatment of precancerous diseases to prevent and reduce mortality from cervical cancer.
