Изучить динамику заболеваемости и смертности населения от рака легкого в Республике Таджикистан за период 2016-2022 годы.</p><p>Материал и методы исследования. Произведен статистический анализ заболеваемости и смертности от рака легкого по данным Республиканского Центра медицинской статистики и информации Министерства здравоохранения и социальной защиты населения Республики Таджикистан за 2016-2022гг.</p><p>Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Заболеваемость раком легкого в Республике Таджикистан имеет относительно медленный темп роста и среди всех злокачественных опухолей занимает 9 место, составляя 3,6%. Высокие показатели заболеваемости рака легкого отмечены в возрастных группах 45-54 (18,8%), 55-64 (33%) и старше 65 лет, что составляет 35,8%. Больные с I-II стадией составляют 52,9% наблюдений, с III-IV стадий - 47,1%. Одногодичная летальность от рака легкого составляет 28,8-41,2%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В Республике Таджикистан за последние 16 лет рак легкого имеет относительно невысокий темп роста. Наиболее высокие показатели отмечены в 2019 и 2022 годах. Раком легкого чаше всего страдает мужское население. Пик заболеваемости приходится в возрасте старше 65 лет, что составляет 35,8%. Доля больных с III-IV стадий процесса заметно уменьшилась в 2016-2022 годы по сравнению 2007-2015 годов, соответственно с 59,9% до 47,1%. Одногодичная летальность от рака легкого составляет 28,8-41,2%.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the dynamics of morbidity and mortality from lung cancer in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period 2016-2022.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A statistical analysis of the incidence and mortality from lung cancer was carried out according to the data of the Republican Center for Medical Statistics and Information of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2016-2022.</p><p>Results of the study and their discussion. The incidence of lung cancer in the Republic of Tajikistan has a relatively slow growth rate and ranks 9th among all malignant tumors, amounting to 3.6%. High rates of lung cancer incidence were noted in age groups 45-54 (18,8%), 55-64 (33%) and over 65 years old, which is 35.8%. Patients from stage I-II make up 52.9%, from stages III-IV - 47.1%. The one-year mortality rate from lung cancer is 28.8-41.2%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. In the Republic of Tajikistan, lung cancer has had a relatively low growth rate over the past 16 years. The highest rates were recorded in 2019 and 2022. Lung cancer is most often suffered by the male population. The peak incidence is over the age of 65, which is 35.8%. The proportion of patients with stages III-IV of the process decreased markedly in 2016- 2022 compared to 2007-2015, respectively from 59.9% to 47.1%.
