Изучить частоту встречаемости метаболических нарушений в случайной выборке больных.</p><p>Материал и методы исследования. Нами было обследовано 733 человека в случайном порядке путём проведения анкетирования всех участников, которое включало в себя ряд вопросов, определяющих факторы риска развития метаболических изменений, с дальнейшим выявлением респондентов</p><p>Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. По результатам анализа было выявлено 16% больных с высокой физической активностью, 38% со средней и 56% с низкой физической активностью. Привлекает внимание то, что только у 15,7% респондентов не отмечалось нарушений, и наоборот у высокого процента (50,4%) респондентов выявлено ожирение.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В результате исследования было выявлено, что у 83% обследованных отмечается изменения в индексе массы тела. Нарушении тощаковой гликемии наблюдалось у 33,8% респондентов, у данных респондентов повышен риск развития СД2 типа.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study the incidence of metabolic disorders in a random sample of patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and method</title><p>Materials and method. A total of 733 individuals were studied by means of a random sample survey. The survey included a series of questions designed to identify risk factors for the development of metabolic changes, followed by the identification of respondents.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Analysis revealed that 16% of the subjects reported high physical activity, 38% reported moderate physical activity, and 56% reported low physical activity. Notably, only 15.7% of the respondents had no disorders, while a high percentage (50.4%) were found to have obesity.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The study showed that 83% of the subjects had changes in body mass index.
