Изучить эффективность применения различных методов клеточной терапии в послеоперационном периоде при лечении послеожоговых рубцов различной локализации.</p><p>Материал и методы исследования. Клинический материал исследования включал 102 пациента, которым проводилось хирургическое вмешательство для устранения послеожоговых рубцов. В зависимости от протокола лечения, вмешательство выполнялось либо в сочетании с клеточной терапией, либо без неё.</p><p>Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Показатели по Ванкуверской шкале оценки рубцов и восстановление трудоспособности по шкале оценки DASH были значительно выше в группах комбинации оперативного вмешательства с клеточной терапией. Причём как в подгруппах с первичным, так и с повторным обращением. Хирургическое вмешательство с введением клеточного материала, в среднем уменьшило процент потери трудоспособности от изначального более чем в два раза. Как и ожидалось, в подгруппе первичного обращения результаты были лучше, чем при повторном.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Таким образом, клеточные технологии являются многообещающим компонентом комплексной терапии рубцовых последствий ожогов. Применение плазмы, обогащённой тромбоцитами, а также аутологичной жировой ткани в реконструктивно-пластической хирургии последствий ожогов безопасно и эффективно, и само по себе значительно снижает необходимость выполнения повторных операций.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the effectiveness of different methods of cellular therapy in the postoperative treatment of burn scars of various anatomical locations.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The clinical material included 102 patients who underwent surgical procedures for correction of post-burn scars. Depending on the treatment protocol, the surgical procedures were performed with or without concomitant cellular therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Patients treated with a combination of surgery and cellular therapy showed significantly better outcomes, as assessed by the Vancouver Scar Scale and Disability of Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) scores, than those who underwent surgery alone. This improvement was seen in both the primary and repeat subgroups. The combination of surgery and cell therapy reduced the average percentage of disability from baseline by more than half. As expected, the results in the primary subgroup were better than those in the repeat subgroup.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Cellular technologies represent a promising component in the integrated management of post-burn scars.
