В рамках однократного визита каждой участницы осуществлялся комплекс процедур, включающий получение информированного согласия, сбор анамнестических данных и забор образцов крови для лабораторного анализа.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: когорта исследования включала 68 беременных женщин из различных регионов Республики Таджикистан, которые были подразделены на четыре группы согласно градации статуса витамина D. Анализ распределения статуса витамина D в исследуемой популяции выявил системный характер его недостаточности во всех обследованных регионах.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: анализ статуса витамина D в популяции беременных женщин Республики Таджикистан продемонстрировал существенный дефицит данного микронутриента, причем особую настороженность вызывает прогрессирующее снижение его уровня к третьему триместру гестации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to assess the vitamin D status of pregnant women residing in the Republic of Tajikistan across different stages of gestation.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: the study was conducted at the clinical base of the SI “ Republican Medical Genetics Center” and included 68 pregnant women from various regions of Tajikistan. Each participant attended a single study visit, during which informed consent was obtained, medical history was collected, and blood samples were drawn for laboratory analysis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the study cohort included 68 pregnant women from various regions of Tajikistan, who were divided into four groups based on vitamin D status.
