Оценивали показатели клеточного и гуморального иммунитета, фагоцитарной активности и цитокинового профиля до и после лечения. Статистическая обработка данных проводилась с использованием t-критерия Стьюдента. Результаты представлены в виде M±m. Различия считались статистически значимыми при p &lt;0,05.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: до начала лечения у пациентов выявлено повышение уровня провоспалительных цитокинов (ФНО-α, ИЛ-1β, ИЛ-6, ИЛ-8), увеличение циркулирующих иммунных комплексов и снижение показателей клеточного иммунитета. После лечения отмечено достоверное снижение уровней провоспалительных цитокинов (p &lt;0,01–0,001), уменьшение концентрации ЦИК (p &lt;0,05), повышение уровня ИЛ-10 (p &lt;0,05) и фагоцитарной активности (p &lt;0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: комбинированная терапия оказывает выраженное иммуномодулирующее действие, направленное на снижение воспалительной активности и восстановление иммунного гомеостаза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Оbjective</title><p>Оbjective: to evaluate the dynamics of immune status parameters in patients with alopecia areata undergoing combined therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: a total of 61 individuals were examined, including 30 healthy patients in the control group and 31 patients in the main group. Parameters of cellular and humoral immunity, phagocytic activity, and cytokine profile were assessed before and after treatment. Statistical analysis was performed using Student’s t-test. The results are presented as mean ± standard error (M ± m). Differences were considered statistically significant at p &lt;0.05.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: before treatment, the patients showed elevated levels of proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8), increased levels of circulating immune complexes, and reduced cellular immunity indices. After treatment, there was a significant decrease in the levels of proinflammatory cytokines (p &lt; 0.01-0.001), a reduction in circulating immune complex levels (p &lt; 0.05), and an increase in IL-10 levels (p &lt; 0.05) and phagocytic activity (p &lt; 0.05).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: combined therapy exerts a pronounced immunomodulatory effect aimed at reducing inflammatory activity and restoring immune homeostasis.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>иммунный статус</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>комбинированная терапия</kwd><kwd>ФНО-α</kwd><kwd>интерлейкины</kwd><kwd>иммуномодуляция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>immune status</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>combined therapy</kwd><kwd>TNF-α</kwd><kwd>interleukins</kwd><kwd>immunomodulation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Бозоров С.С.
