Дуоденальная перегородка или мембрана является наиболее распространенным типом атрезии двенадцатиперстной кишки (тип I), может проявляться в младенческом или грудном возрасте, если мембрана или перегородка перфорирована (фенестрирована). Однако, фенестрированные дуоденальные перегородки представляют собой диагностическую сложность для детских хирургов из-за вариабельной клинической картины.

Мы описываем клинический случай мембранозной атрезии двенадцатиперстной кишки с поздним диагностированием.

A duodenal septum or membrane is the most common type of duodenal atresia (type I). It can manifest in infancy if the membrane is perforated (fenestrated). However, fenestrated duodenal septa pose a diagnostic challenge for pediatric surgeons due to their variable clinical presentation.

This report presents a clinical case of membranous duodenal atresia with a late diagnosis.
